Although the recent freezing conditions, which have caused problems for customers' water pipes and our pipes alike, have ended at least for now, the amount of leakage from our water pipes continues to be considerably more than normal. It would be helpful to us if anyone spotting a possible leak of water from one of our pipes could report it to us on our freephone Leakline 0800 2987112. If any customers are still having problems with their water supply since the freeze, they can telephone for advice on 01978 846946.
