The quality of water for domestic purposes is controlled by the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2001 issued by the Secretary of State (England) and Minister for the Environment (Wales), which are based on European Community Directives.

A copy of any records relating to the supply zone that contains the customer’s property can be provided free of charge. The Company will respond to the request within seven days.
